CartONG is a small group of committed professionals, enthusiastic volunteers, supportive members and generous donors (cf. Meet the team page). We would be very happy to welcome you in our team in whatever shape and form suits you best.
CartONG welcomes all kind of volunteers' skills: mapping, GIS, database management, webmapping, but also project management, communication, translations... In France or anywhere in the world... If you share our values and objectives, you are most welcome!

Why becoming a member of CartONG?
The yearly membership fee is of:
Students and job seekers can benefit from a reduced 15€ (new member) or 7€ (renewal) rate.
Please note that it is not necessary to become a member to get involved in our volunteers' projects (cf. below) - but it is strongly encouraged! All members don't get involved in projects, and we are also welcoming warmly supporting members even if you don't have a lot of time to participate.

All the donations we receive from individual donors are affected to our volunteers' projects, who support small grassroots NGOs and develop pilot and innovative projects of general interest.
Your donation is eligible for a tax reduction under French law.

CartONG's objective is to cover as much as possible the needs of humanitarian and development NGOs, whatever their size and location. We therefore offer different model of partnerships, depending on your situation:
CartONG has almost no core funds nor public subventions, we are thus unfortunately not able to offer financial support to project initiator that contact us, outside of this potential common fundraising effort.
Our key priority is to develop useful and sustainable projects, with a focus on long-term capacities building. Get in touch to discuss it!
Please notice that due to the high number of offers received, we will only answer the messages specifying why and how CartONG's support would be relevant.
CartONG has a team of permanent employees, plus regular consultants that bring specific skill sets. We also regularly offer missions that are published on this page.
