La mise en œuvre de groupe de travail autonome est primordiale pour l’association.

Ces commissions devraient permettre de centraliser et canaliser les demandes des stagiaires auxquelles CartONG ne peut répondre toujours par l’affirmative, bénévoles et de professionnels et de tout a chacun qui souhaite apporter des compétences, pouvoir répondre par la positive dans leur proposition d’investissement au sein de l’ONG.

Ces groupes de travail devraient permettre de développer le pole associatif, de créer un réseau entre les adhérents et bénévoles, de voir si l’ONG grandit, les possibilités de formations et de déploiement. A travers ces investissements et un certains temps dans des groupes de travail il pourrait être possible de trouver de potentiels « deployables » du moins pour les personnes investies dans le groupe de travail « préparation de données ».  Mais avant tout le travail se fait en collaboration avec une approche d’objectifs et de résultats, et de la hauteur que souhaite s’investir le bénévole.

Creation of Independant Working Groups

The implementation of independant working group is crucial for the association. As CartONG receives many requests on how to get involved each month; we figured that this would be a good way to meet this demand.

Establishing these committees will allow to centralize and channel applications of volunteers and interns to which CartONG can not always respond in a favourable way. Volunteers as well as professionals, basically  everyone who wants to bring  some skills are welcome to join and bring in whatever investment they can propose to the NGO.

These working groups should help develop the philanthropic part of the NGO, creating a network between members and volunteers, to monitor the growth of the NGO, to find opportunities for training and deployment. Through this investment after being in place for some time, it will be possible to form a roster and potentially result in deployment for interested volunteers being involved in the technical working group. But any work will be done in collaboration with a common approach  and defined objectives and results, which will be determined by the amount of time each volunteer wishes to invest.

For 2010, CartONG would like to set up two working groups to develop the NGO and better its responsiveness. The suggested working groups are "data preparation" and working group "communication."  readmore
