CartONG is participating in the "ACTIV ECSI" project, which aims to strengthen the commitment of the Savoie department's inhabitants for a more united and sustainable world by developing innovative ECSI (Education for Citizenship and International Solidarity) actions and tools and new partnerships. The project is jointly carried out by the collective "La Fabrique du vivre ensemble" (of which CartONG is a member) and the FOL Savoie.
In September 2021, CartONG launched a new initiative to develop volunteering internally and build new partnerships around volunteering activities with NGOs, associations, companies and local institutions.

CartONG hosted 2 sessions at RMMV-conference 2023 organized by KfW Development Bank in February 2023. We presented with OSM Madagascar our project on participatory mapping in Madagascar, and our support to OSM communities' stability with the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team.
CartONG participated in State of the Map Tanzania 2023, in Dar es Salaam. It is a national conference that celebrates the culture of OSM, open mapping, open data, GIS and its impact across East Africa.
