Support mission for the improvement of the Monitoring & Evaluation system of Sidaction

CartONG and Groupe URD have partnered up to support Sidaction in improving its M&E system. More precisely, the objective is to strengthen the monitoring and evaluation of Sidaction's activities in order for them to manage more qualitative and global information (activities, impact, etc.) and to make it more useful for all of its departments (Programme, Advocacy, etc.). As part of the support provided, the following deliverables will be produced: a diagnostic document of the existing M&E system, a training guide on monitoring and evaluation for Sidaction staff (content, tools, etc.), and documentation describing the internal and external M&E systems (modalities, supports, indicators, collection tools).
