To provide the best possible support at this challenging time, CartONG has set up the Information Management (IM) Covid-19 Help Center. Over the period of May to December 2020, we will make available openly accessible guidance - technical briefs, tutorials, tech watch findings, case studies and lessons learned - and will provide remote support - webinars, coaching sessions and a helpdesk/hotline - to help NGOs adapt their Information Management and Monitoring & Evaluation activities.
Our aim is to support as many aid actors as possible, and in priority the ones with the most limited capacities. Learn more about the help we'll provide until December, by checking out the "Type of support provided" section below. Please note that for accountability purposes, the name of the organizations having made requests for support can be shared with the network and/or publicly.
Since our resources are limited and we aim at supporting as many aid actors as possible (with priority to those with the most limited capacities), CartONG reserves itself the right to refuse some requests and to limit the scope and/or duration of some of the support provided to ensure as equitable an access to the service as possible. This will be discussed with you when felt to be necessary.

The IM Covid-19 Help Center is supported by the H2H (Humanitarian to Humanitarian) Funds and is also being implemented as part of the "Strengthening Information Management within CSOs" project co-financed by the French Development Agency (AFD). CartONG will be coordinating the support it provides via the Help Center with other organizations specialized in Information Management and GIS, especially via the H2H network. In particular, Groupe URD will be supporting CartONG on the M&E and accountability component of this project.
