of trainers that will allow you to exchange and capitalize on each other&#8217;s experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More specifically, your responsibilities will be as follows, without this list being exhaustive:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Participate in the overall learning strategy<\/strong> to strengthen the GIS knowledge of the partner&#8217;s teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Participate in the logistical organization of existing training courses <\/strong>(link with the partner&#8217;s operational centres, link with trainees and trainers, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lead educational brainstorming,<\/strong> in close collaboration with business experts to support them in the design or to collect information and feedback for content creation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Develop educational content<\/strong> such as presentations, training materials, videos, quizzes and exercises, with support from technical teams as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Be a force of proposal and advice in the pedagogical process: <\/strong>pedagogical common thread, activities and modalities, media, graphic intentions, tool constraints to be anticipated, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administer the functional part of the LnD hardware platform, community of practice, and knowledge management tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in activities supporting CartONG&#8217;s associative mission when possible and relevant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coopi-section\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Profile required<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coopi-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-coopi-column\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Previous experience<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">3 to 5 years of experience in training design for an adult audience in the international solidarity sector, if possible, on technical tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coopi-column\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Language skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Excellent written and oral skills in French and English<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coopi-media-text\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"145\" height=\"126\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cartong.org\/app\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/03\/illu-24.svg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2759 size-undefined\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Expected skills:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You master the concepts of engagement and learner motivations as well as the main theories of adult learning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have experience in facilitating, designing and managing training projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are proficient in the main tools and technologies of digital learning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Curiosity, innovation and creativity are assets for this position<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are recognized for your rigor, your sense of organization and your leadership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of geographic information systems would be a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be sensitive to CartONG&#8217;s values (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cartong.org\/en\/about-us\/who-we-are\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">find out more about our Associative Project<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coopi-section\">\n<p><em>Don&#8217;t wait for the deadline &#8211;
