You will also be supported by your manager, who will be with you from day one and throughout your career.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coopi-media-text has-media-on-the-right\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>A participatory governance<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The governance structure was chosen by the teams, with a model combining Executive Direction and a dose of shared governance via the election without candidates, of a coordination committee, which co-constructs the structure&#8217;s strategic choices.
