CartONG is adapting its activities and the support it provides to the aid and social sector at a local, national and international level during the COVID-19 crisis. Our organization remains attentive to the needs of the sector: do not hesitate to contact us<\/a> if you need information management and mapping support during the pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One month ago, we launched remote mapathons in support of the Missing Maps project<\/a> and of our partner, UNHCR<\/a>, and Volunteer Happy Hours to introduce the missions available in support of our initiatives and our partners’ projects during the COVID-19 crisis. We wanted to make a first review of what had been done so far and we are truly amazed! Our volunteers have exceeded our expectations with no less than 16 projects already supported!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is also by far the largest influx of new volunteers at CartONG in such a short period of time that we have ever experienced, and probably also the highest level of collaboration between our staff and volunteer teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
