Registration & payment

CartONG offer you two price rates, depending on the activities you wish to attend:

• €25  if you want only to attend to the conferences (plenaries & roundtables)
• €60 if you want to attend to both conferences and hand-on workshops organized by professionals (you can attend up to 3 workshops).

Both formulas include coffee breaks, Monday's evening cocktail and Monday and Tuesday's lunches.

Registrations and payment for early birds will be opened from September 14th to October 21st. After this day, a last-minute price of €40 for conferences and €80 for conferences + workshops will be applied until November 2nd, the end of all registrations.

Besides, students and unemployed person may benefit reduced fee:

• €15 for conferences only
• €40 for conferences + workshops.

Access to conferences (but not workshops) will be free for plenaries/roundtables speakers; the access to the workshops will be free only for the organizers of professional workshops. So speakers to conferences wishing to attend the workshops will have to pay €35. Reminder: lightning talk are not considered as interventions granting reductions.

CartONG won't do refund in any case.

If you can't attend the forum, you may transmit your ticket to a colleague from your organization but you have to warn us of this change.
