CartONG published on behalf of the Agence Micro Projets (French microfunding agency) a study on the use of ICTs by small aid organisations as well as a toolbox to help them along in their use of ICTs.

CartONG a réalisé pour le compte de l'Agence Micro Projets (programme de l’ONG La Guilde Européenne du Raid qui finance depuis 30 ans des microprojets d’associations de solidarité internationale françaises sur toutes les thématiques de l’aide au développement) une étude sur l'utilisation des NTIC pour les petites Associations de Solidarité Internationale.

CartONG has carried out a project for Terre des hommes to help them answer their questions on case management digital tools, through the evaluation of needs, technical benchmarking of tools and associated strategical help, the public findings of which were compiled in an infography.

CartONG has been selected by the French Agence des Micro-Projets (AMP) to undertake a study on ICT for small-scale development projects.

CartONG a réalisé une étude sur les usages des NTIC dans le cadre de micro-projets de développement,  comprenant un travail de recherche général sur l'utilisation des NTIC dans le domaine des micro-projets, et également une boite à outils composée de fiches Outils, Méthodes et retours d'expériences à destination des associations de solidarité internationale pour les aider à utiliser ces technologies de manière pertinente.

Fin 2016, CartONG a été retenu par l'Agence des Micro-Projets (AMP) de La Guilde pour réaliser une étude sur les usages des nouvelles technologies dans le cadre de micro-projets de développement.

Dans le cadre de l'initiative “Drone in Humanitarian Action”, CartONG a été déployé au Tadjikistan pour une mission complexe de soutien à un projet de réduction des risques de catastrophe. Financée par la DG ECHO et organisée avec notre partenaire FSD, la mission visait à cartographier 2 bassins versants de ~20 km² dans les montagnes du Pamir.

As part of the initiative “Drone in Humanitarian Action”, CartONG has been deployed in Tajikistan for a challenging mission in support of disaster risk reduction project. Funded by the DG ECHO and organized with our partner FSD, the mission aimed to map 2 watersheds of ~20 km² in the Pamir Mountains.

CartONG volunteers Remi Corfini (from afar) and Maeve de France (deployed), worked together on a remote sensing analysis (to draft a classification on the location of the cashew nut trees), and associated validation in the field, in Korhogo, in the north of Ivory Coast.
